I’m sad but also happy to announce that Club Penguin Island Remix will be closing for the very final time on
Friday, 5 June 2026 at 23:59 Warsaw time.
However, this isn’t the end of the road for the CPIPS. Starting May 15th, 2026, you’ll be able to migrate your
data to Club Penguin Atake, and in the first weeks of June, you’ll be able to play Club Penguin Island online
via Club Penguin Atake, just like how you did with Club Penguin Island Remix.
You might be asking “again?”, “it hasnt even been 3 months?” and we really understand your frustration.
The very real truth about this relaunch is that we were simply pushed and blinded by nostalgia. We didn’t consider our lack of time or just general lack of interest in the project on a daily basis. Club Penguin and Club Penguin Island are very close to our hearts and childhoods, but as we progress in life, we obviously keep paying less and less attention to it. When we released Club Penguin Island Remix back in March, we were powered by the gust of nostalgia and very much did not account for what life has in store for us.
That’s the main reason we’ve decided to move on and close this chapter of Waddle Penguins, Waddle Penguins Island and Club Penguin Island Remix and we hope you’ll understand.
Club Penguin Atake will open its Island server soon after Club Penguin Island Remix closes for good. We offer our players to migrate their user data to their Club Penguin Atake Account for future use. Visit https://passport.cpatake.boo/remix-migration to start your migration. IMPORTANT: You can only submit your account for migration ONCE.
